I look forward to seeing you in term 4 of the beginners course in Yoga.
This term we continue to discover the invigorating effects of Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations). We learn a new group of Asana (postures) and explore the philosophy and impact of Yoga on our state of mind. We expand our understanding and experience of the energy body through continued practice of pranayama and this term we introduce a new form of meditation. A practice called Antar Mauna (inner silence meditation). This practice cultivates a sense of detached witness within us, allowing us to abide more peacefully in the world.
Whether you’ve been with us all year, recently joined the course, or starting for the first time, you’ll continue to discover a deeper enjoyment of Yoga and its way of life through this progressive course.
