We Offer Classes of All Levels in the Community

Join others to share in the joy and energising effects of regular yoga. All classes incorporate Asana(posture), Pranayama(energetic breathing) and Dhyana(focused attention or meditation). Yoga is not a once-off therapy or day spa, but a sustained effort to align the mind, body and spirit bringing a new sense of clarity, perspective and purpose. It is best served with regularity, but we have options for trying things out if you prefer.

What Others Say

Attending Regularly has helped me to
get in touch with my body and mind, has helped to inspire me to set up a daily practice of Yoga and Meditation, also to make changes to my daily life.

“You will be pleasantly surprised how good it feels.
It challenges you in ways you would never expect.”

Teacher – Ananta

Ananta (Andrew Cawood) has instructed Yoga in the community since 2015. Throughout his time in Australia he has worked to support better mental health for the most disadvantaged within our community through programs that offer hope and purpose.

With a style rooted in the traditions of the Bihar School of Yoga, Ananta continues to share Yoga with his local community in Gippsland through community classes, as well as through online instruction, mentoring and counselling.

Yoga is more than a new form of fitness. It strengthens the body and the mind, whilst at the same time connecting them so that our efforts become aligned with our intent. Our resolutions and comitments become more easily achievable.

Yoga can be practiced safely by anyone in a variety of settings.
Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow
