Book in to Mirboo North Kirtan

Kirtan is a technique of Bhakti Yoga, which uses sound in the form of Mantra repeated in song form to elevate the spirit and uplift the personality from the base and material consciousness to a higher consciousness. In this form of Yoga, called Nada Yoga, sound is the main technique for promoting inner transformation. In the process of practicing Kirtan, emotions such as fear, anxiety, stress and worry are transformed into the more positive forms of emotional experience such as happiness, joy, unity and serenity. No experience is necessary for attendance at Kirtan but bookings are essential due to limits on the numbers of attendees due to physical distancing requirements.

Yoga is more than a new form of fitness. It strengthens the body and the mind, whilst at the same time connecting them so that our efforts become aligned with our intent. Our resolutions and comitments become more easily achievable.
Yoga can be practiced safely by anyone in a variety of settings.
Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow
