Om and Welcome.

The practice of Yoga Nidra is done lying down preferably on the floor with a light blanket covering the body. Use cushions under the knees for sore lower back. Use a cushion under the head if you have a sore neck when lying down.

Use headphones or clear a space and time in the day where you wont be disturbed for 25 minutes. Feel free to share this page with a friend or invite them along to class next week.
