Join others to share in the joy and energising effects of regular yoga in Morwell and Mirboo North. All classes incorporate Asana(posture), Pranayama(energetic breathing) and Dhyana(focused attention or meditation) Yoga is not a once-off therapy or day spa, but a sustained effort to align the mind, body and spirit bringing a new sense of clarity, perspective and purpose. It is best served with regularity, but we have options for trying things out if you prefer.

Its that simple, for every paid attendee at every class, one tree gets planted by our partner One Tree Planted who works around the world to reforest regions in Africa, Australia and South America
