Beginner Yoga is easy and can be done by anyone no matter what age, body shape or physical condition. That’s because it’s not a workout or gym session, but a science of movement, breathing and relaxation and lifestyle. Even if you’ve never exercised or meditated, you can do beginner Yoga. Join others to share the joy and energising effects of regular yoga. Each class incorporates Asana(posture), Pranayama(energetic breathing) and Dhyana(focused attention or meditation).
Regular Yoga
Yoga is not a once-off therapy or day spa, but a sustained effort to align the mind, body and spirit to bring a new sense of clarity, perspective and purpose. Classes are offered in the community or via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.
