Join others to share in the joy and energising effects of regular yoga incorporating Asana(posture), Pranayama(energetic breathing) and Dhyana(focused attention or meditation) All March and April we are running all classes online. Please use the table below to join us for one of these Sunday, Monday or Tuesday evening classes. Classes run using Zoom Video Conferencing facilities meaning you can join us from home.
